CBSE 10th Result LIVE: The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the results of CBSE Class 10 students.
Of the total number of students who took the CBSE Class 10 Board Examination this year, 93.12 percent were eligible.
The overall pass rate for class 10 results this year is 93.12 per cent, down 1.28 percentage points from last year's 94.40 per cent.
In the Trivandrum region, 99.91% of students passed the Grade 10 CBSE exam, while in Guwahati, 76.90% passed the exam.
According to the CBSE official statement, a total of 28,471 schools participated in the CBSE Board Examinations in India and 26 countries, while the total number of enrolled students for the 10th CBSE Exam 2023 was 21,86,485.
The pass rate for girls in the CBSE is 94.25 percent, while 92.27 percent pass for boys.
Earlier in the day, the CBSE board exam result will be published on the official websites: cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.gov.in.
2023 CBSE Results 12 and 10 are now available at cbseresults.nic.in.
In addition to the official websites, the results are available via the UMANG app and Digilocker. The Board of Directors has recently issued an official notice regarding the security PIN code for DigiLocker.
CBSE reportedly issued six-digit security PINs to activate students' DigiLocker accounts, which schools can download from digilocker.gov.in with their LOC credentials.
It should also be noted that transcripts and certificates for candidates who have taken the exams are uploaded to DigiLocker.
Candidates who have taken the exam can download their results online by simply activating their CBSE Result DigiLocker account.
Students must use their safety pins and activate their accounts to download digital copies of their transcripts and certificates.
Students can also check their grades at results.cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, or digilocker.gov.in using their registration number, school number, ticket ID, and date of birth.
Students can check their results by following these steps.
- Step 1 - Visit the official website: cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in/activate cbse
- Step 2 - Click "Get started creating an account".
- Step 3: Enter the required information and the 6-digit PIN provided by your school
- Step 4: Check the details and validate against the received OTP
- Step 5: Your Digilocker account is successfully activated
- Step 6: After the result is announced, open the application and click on the result link. Step 7: Enter the details and access your digital results sheet.

- Click on "Start creating an account"
- Enter the required information and the 6-digit PIN your school gave you.
- Check your details, provide your mobile number and validate with the received OTP.
- (If you are already a registered DigiLocker user, i.e. your mobile phone number is already registered with DigiLocker, you may receive the following message, for example "Click Go to DigiLocker Account".)
- You will receive the 6-digit security pin code from your school; If you do not receive it, please contact your school.

CBSE Announces Grade 12 Exam Results: Girls Outperform Boys by 6.01%
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class announced the results of their Year 12 final exams with an overall pass rate of 87.33.
According to officials, the share of national passports has decreased this year. However, Trivandrum region is ahead with 99.91 percent.
That year, girls performed 6.01 percent better than boys at 90.68 percent.
The CBSE class 12 board examinations took place in February, March and April. Up to 16,96,770 students were eligible to take these exams.
To avoid unfair competition, CBSE does not award first, second, and third class to its students.
The board announced that it would award achievement certificates to the 0.1 percent of students who received the best grades in the subjects.
In accordance with the recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP), the CBSE has changed the nomenclature from the subject exam to the supplementary exam. Students have more opportunities to improve their performance in additional exams.

Based on recommendations in the NEP-2020, the CBSE has decided to change its nomenclature from "compartmental research" to "complementary research," a senior official said Friday.
The Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) has also decided to give students more opportunities to improve their exam performance.
“Following the recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP), the CBSE has changed the nomenclature from partial exam to supplementary exam. Students have more opportunities to improve their performance on the supplementary exams,” said CBSE exam director Sanyam Bhardwaj.
While grade 10 students have the opportunity to improve their performance in two subjects of the supplementary exam, grade 12 students have the opportunity to improve their results in one subject.
“For students who have been placed in the additional category and want to improve their performance, the exam will take place in July and the dates will be announced soon,” he added.
